Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Keldora Partners ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information you provide to us, and your rights in relation to that information. We operate in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Keldora Partners is a strategic access and relationship advisory firm. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller in respect of personal information you provide to us. You can contact us at [email protected].

What information we collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including when you complete our contact form or send us an email. This may include your name, company name, email address and the content of your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to conduct the advisory engagement you have requested. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties except where required to deliver our services (for example, our secure email and communications infrastructure) or where required by law.

Legal basis for processing

Our legal basis for processing your personal information is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to enquiries from individuals and companies who have contacted us voluntarily. Where we enter into an advisory engagement, processing is also necessary for the performance of a contract.

How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry correspondence for up to two years from the date of last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by the nature of an ongoing engagement. Client engagement records are retained for six years following the conclusion of an engagement, in accordance with standard UK business record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information (subject to any legal retention obligations), to object to processing, and to request restriction of processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. All enquiries submitted through our contact form are transmitted over encrypted connections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update noted at the top.
